Whatever brings you in, engagements tend to follow the same four stages. Here is what to expect at each.

Discover
I start by establishing where things actually stand: instance health, how much the platform is being used, and the gap between what the business expected and what it currently has. The starting point is your situation rather than a standard template.

Chart the Course
A prioritised plan: scoped, sequenced, and explicit about the trade-offs involved. It stays with you whether or not we go on to build it together.

Build
I do the work in your instance, alongside your team and visible to them as it happens. You can track progress directly, and any change in scope gets discussed and agreed beforehand rather than appearing later on an invoice.

Level Up
Ongoing support if you want it: platform health, governance, and someone who already knows your instance and does not need re-briefing. If your team would rather take it from here, that is a reasonable outcome and generally the intended one.
